## Definition

The Las Vegas Raiders are an NFL franchise in the AFC West division, playing home games at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 1960 as one of the original AFL franchises, the Raiders built one of professional football's most distinctive identities—silver and black, the outlaw mystique, owner Al Davis's "Just Win, Baby" ethos—across decades of competitive football and franchise movement.
